Merry Christmas & a very Happy New Year

I'd just like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to my lovely clients, past, present, and future, and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, peaceful and prosperous New Year.

It is because of you I can do the job I love.  I can't really call it a job, because I just love it so much, and YOU make that possible!

This year has been crackers!  It's been the busiest wedding season since WWII, due to COVID catch up and all of the weddings already planned for this year.  I've also a huge amount of hair extension clients, most who have been with me for years - Your loyalty means the world to me.

So, along with life in general, being a mum, trying (and failing!) to arrange Christmas, and get my mum moved in to a beautiful independent living place, it's been super busy.

I have literally hundreds of photos I wish to share with you of brides and extensions from this year, and I am so behind on updating my website & social media pages with new photos and client reviews. But I will add as I can now things are starting to quieten down a little.

Also, I am building my YouTube channel slowly but surely, and sharing my knowledge with people who wish to learn how to recreate my styles.  In 2023, I really want to concentrate on this more than I've been able to thus far, so that I am uploading content more often.  I really love to share my 'how to' styling on there, and it is growing slowly.  Hopefully 2023 is the year I can really make it take off!

I've also a full diary of weddings booked in for 2023, along with my salon work, so I'll be kept on my toes for sure.

In 2022, I won a few more awards, the biggie being the International Wedding Awards - Best International Hairstylist 2022, which is still a huge 'pinch me' moment.  I honestly never expected to win the local & country rounds as competition was fierce, so to actually win the coveted GLOBAL award, I am still on cloud nine (whereas cloud nine is!).

I was also featured in some pretty big wedding blogs - Pretty & Punk Weddings, Coco Weddings, & Rock My Wedding.  Adding to the ever growing list of features from huge wedding blogs!

So I am feeling pretty honoured right now, my hard work and determination is paying off immensely, and I am thrilled.

What a year it's been, and all in a good way.

I really cannot wait to meet my 2023 brides, and see all of my regular clients again.
